Before visiting us...

To make sure that nothing distracts you from having fun when you arrive at the Fun Park, we have collected the most important things you should know before visiting us.

1. Buy your tickets online!

This way you can be sure that you will have a place at the selected time. Make sure you bring your online ticket with you in printed form or on your mobile phone, as you have to show it at the ticket office. Online ticket sales closes 1 hour before the start of the playing time, thereafter you can only buy tickets on the spot. In that case, we might not be able to let you in if we have a full house.

2. Fill in the Statement of Liability!

You can only enter the playing area if you have read the Rules and Regulations, and signed the Statement of Liability. In case you are under 18, this must be signed by your parents or another adult accompanying you. It is worth printing the statement from our website, signing it and taking it with you, as this will significantly speed up your entry process. Children under 10 can only enter the Fun Park if accompanied by a person over 18.
For children aged 10–12, active adult supervision is required to enter the Focus Boulder hall.

3. Bring the necessary documents with you!

In case you buy discounted tickets, we may ask you to provide proof of age for yourself or your children. This is why it is important to make sure that you have the necessary documents with you, together with the ticket and the Statement of Liability.

4. Do not forget socks and sports shoes!

Entry to the playing area is only allowed in special non-slip socks purchased at the Bobo Fun Park. If you have visited us before, you can bring the socks with you, there is no need to buy a new pair. Make sure to have a pair of indoor sports shoes in your bag, as they are required for climbing the walls and the Ropes Course. For a real climbing experience and for greater safety in the Focus Boulder Hall, we recommend the use of climbing shoes, which (in limited numbers) can be rented at the reception.

+1. Start in time!

If you want to use your playing time to the fullest, it is worth arriving in time. The ticket office opens 30 minutes before the start of the playing time, you can already pick up your wristband and socks at this time, and go to the changing room. Keep in mind that it will take you a short walk to get to the entrance from the parking lot. Of course, you do not have to arrive by the opening time, you can also join later. However, your playing time ends at the time indicated on your ticket.
