BOBO FUN PARK Kft. is committed to ensuring equal opportunities. In this context, it aims to operate a website that guarantees the widest possible access to the widest possible community of users, regardless of their individual abilities.
BOBO FUN PARK Kft. aims to comply with the requirements of WCAG 2.1. level A and Act XVII of 2022 on the General Rules for Compliance with Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services, adopted on the basis of Directive 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
In order to meet the requirements of the above standard and legislation, Bobo Fun Park Kft. has integrated the Guidebot Website Accessibility Widget into its website, powered by a dedicated accessibility server.
1. General description of the service
BOBO FUN PARK Kft. operates the Bobo Fun Park indoor leisure centre and event venue, offering a wide range of active, sporty recreation and entertainment options primarily for children over the age of six and adults, such as wall climbing, trampolines, rope courses, slides, and climbing ramps. BOBO FUN PARK Kft. provides detailed information on the recreational and entertainment facilities and the conditions of their use to persons wishing to visit the leisure centre and the event venue via its website. BOBO FUN PARK Kft. also offers the option of purchasing admission tickets online via a separate subpage on its website.
2. Partial fulfilment of requirements
In order to make the services provided by BOBO FUN PARK Kft. accessible to the widest possible range of people, BOBO FUN PARK Kft. has taken the following measures:
The information on the website is presented in a clear and comprehensible manner, using an appropriate font size and font type, with sufficient contrast.
It ensures continuous training of staff to provide accessible services.
It monitors the changes and correct application of the characteristics, accessibility requirements and relevant harmonised standards and technical specifications that affect the provision of the service.
BOBO FUN PARK Kft. provides the following preset profiles to its users based on the Guidebot Website Accessibility Widget:
Seizure and epilepsy prevention profile: To prevent epileptic seizures, the profile stops distracting effects, flickering surfaces and fades sharp, distracting colours.
Dyslexia friendly profile: The profile helps with text recognition and reading fluency.
Visually impaired profile: The profile provides visually impaired users with an easier navigation of the website and its subpages.
Profile to support cognitive functions: The profile improves the reading experience and helps maintain attention.
Colour blind profile: The profile highlights colours to make information more accessible to users who have problems recognising colours.
ADHD friendly profile: The profile makes it easier for users with ADHD to use the website by reducing distractions and helping with text comprehension.
The Widget also allows users to change certain features of a preset profile or create a profile tailored to their own needs using the following functions:
Screen reader: The screen reader reads the content of the website to the user.
Reader mode: The feature collects text from the web page and displays it in an easier-to-read format by filtering out distracting elements.
Contrast: This feature makes it possible to invert colours, using dark and light contrast.
Saturation: This feature makes it possible to adjust the intensity of colours to low, high, or grey.
Highlighting links: The feature highlights links and buttons on the website to make navigation easier.
Font size: The function makes it possible to change the font sizes, in three different sizes.
Cursor: The function can be used to increase the cursor size or to use a cursor mask or guide line to maintain concentration.
Keyboard: This feature assists navigation from the keyboard by highlighting the content that is currently in focus.
Typography: The function makes it possible to display fonts in normal, legible or dyslexia-specific mode.
Captioning: Alternative texts for images are displayed near the mouse pointer.
Turn off images: Turning off images improves the reading of text content on the website.
Stop animations: The feature eliminates moving, flashing animations that can have a distracting, seizure-inducing effect.
The bobofunpark.hu website and its subpages operated by BOBO FUN PARK Kft. are partially compliant with accessibility requirements. This means that some parts of the service do not fully comply with the accessibility conditions set out in the legislation.
Not accessible content:
- the website may contain video or audio material for which there is no audio transcript or full text version
- there may be images on the website that are not accompanied by explanatory text
- there may be an element on the website whose name as it appears on the interface is not the same as the name in the code
- the website does not include a tool that would allow users to change the line and paragraph spacing themselves and adapt it to their needs
BOBO FUN PARK Kft. informs its users that due to the continuous development of services, even with the greatest care, temporary obstacles or interruptions may occur
3. Preparing the accessibility statement
This statement was prepared by BOBO FUN PARK Kft. on the basis of a self-assessment on 5 August 2025. The statement will be reviewed by BOBO FUN PARK Kft. in case of modification of the service provided and at the request of the supervisory authority, but at least every five years.
